Privacy policy for Minefield

Minefield is a game for Android, made by Niro ("we"). You can reach us at minefield@sitely.cz.

In short

• We have no accounts and no servers for the game. We do not collect your name, e-mail address, location or contacts.
• The game shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob collects some data to show and measure ads. The section "Ads" says what.
• In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the game asks for your choice before it shows any ad.

What stays on your phone

The game saves your best score for each mode, your colour choice (light or dark) and whether vibration is on. These are kept in the app's own storage on your phone. We never receive them. Uninstalling the app deletes them.

Ads

The game shows ads through Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. Two kinds appear: a video you may choose to watch to carry on after a run ends, and a short ad between some runs.

When an ad is requested, Google and its ad partners may collect and use, according to Google's own policies:

• your device's advertising ID,
• your IP address and, from it, your approximate location,
• device and software information (for example model, operating system version, language),
• how you interact with ads, and diagnostic data about the ad SDK.

We do not receive this data and cannot see which ads you were shown. We do not sell your data.

You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation in your Android settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads). Google explains how it uses data from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Your choice about ads in Europe

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game shows Google's consent form before any ad is requested. Until you have answered, no ad is requested. If you decline, the game works the same, and any ad that still appears is limited as the form describes. You can change your answer later under "Privacy choices" in the game's Settings; that entry appears only in those regions.

Children

Minefield is not made for children under 13 (or the higher age your country sets for consent), and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Purchases

There are none. The game has no shop, no coins and no in-app purchases.

Security and keeping data

We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to keep or delete. For data held by Google, use the controls in your Google account at myaccount.google.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR), you may have rights to see, correct or delete personal data and to withdraw consent. Since we hold none, the place to use them for ads is with Google. If you want to ask us something, write to minefield@sitely.cz.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new text will be on this page with a new date.
